Nutrition advice, why it is a critical success factor…

So when I got my DNA results back, I found out that I’m a Fat Trimmer!  What does that mean?  It means that I have to eat a diet with more carbs, moderate amount of protein with LESS percentage of Fat.  Makes sense rt?  In a time where we are told, low carbs are good, low fat is good, run more, eat less blah blah blah blah…. it all begins to sound overwhelming and often contradicting.  That is when my friend Tony B (registered dietician and all around good guy) offered his advice.  He helped me sort through the jargon and helped me understand why it was so important to go through with the DNA testing.  Once I received my results he created a whole diet plan for me, centered around my schedule and basically made it dummy proof.

I recently started the diet as instructed by Tony and although I haven’t lost too much weight on the scale I feel really good.  I know that with the clean eating and continuous fitness routine I’ve set I’ll reach my fitness goals.  Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will the body of your dreams but with nutrition guidelines from people like Tony (that know what they are talking about) you will be one step closer!  Good Luck!
